The race name comes from the 3 events. This includes KaYaking, mountain BIking, and trail RUnning. Be prepared for all kinds of weather such as heavy fog, wet and muddy trails, and algae in the lake.

This race began in 2012 at the Harmon Lake Recreation Area. It started with just a few friends and has become popular as it has grown every year. We see new faces as well as faithful racers who come back every year. It is a legendary race in this area.
